Alongside nearly 30 years in local church leadership, Ceri and Simon have worked with leaders around the world, helping them lead from their true selves.  They are passionate and skilled in helping individuals flourish and, from that posture, they guide teams and organisations towards renewed health. 

As the founding directors of Wholehearted Solutions they work to catalyse the flourishing of individuals and cultures.  Their partners include Catalyse Change, 5Q Central, MPACT and Accessible Prophecy where together they serve various networks.  

Ceri recently qualified as a Master Coach, extending her executive coaching capacity with top-level coaching that focuses on the whole person.    

They live in England and have four grown-up children and three grandchildren.
